This 4,304-space post-tensioned concrete parking garage was designed
and constructed in only 21 months on a fast-track basis using multiple
bid packages. It includes flat parking floors for enhanced
lines-of-sight through the garage, two circular helix ramps for rapid
vehicular ingress and egress and two large interior lightwells covered
with glass barrel vaults for openness. Pedestrian amenities are
numerous, including cascading stairways, six elevators, skywalks and
tunnels below the lower-level roadway for access to the main terminal.
