The first level of this four-level parking facility accommodates Pensacola Regional Airport's on-site rental car operations. The facility provides 1,305 parking spaces, and is the first phase of a multi-phase expansion. A centrally-located, 45-foot wide lightwell provides natural light to the lower parking levels and defines the pedestrian walkway connecting to the remote long-term parking areas. An attractive glass-walled façade provides openness, visibility and passive security at the main stair/elevator tower, which connects to a pedestrian skybridge to the terminal. The facility is designed to accommodate future horizontal expansion on three sides.
