Carl Walker, Inc. is working with UrbanTrans Consultants, Inc. to assist the City of Boulder Transportation and Planning Departments with the development of advanced parking and transportation demand management (TDM) strategies for the 160 acre Boulder Transit Village development area.
The project goals are to create “the most transit-oriented development” in the country. Planning for this outcome from the beginning of an area plan provides exciting opportunities. Building on long term investment plans by the City and the Regional Transportation District (RTD), Carl Walker in cooperation with City and UrbanTrans staff are crafting some of the most advanced integrated parking, TDM and district development/management strategies in the country.
