This parking structure is located adjacent to Comerica Park, the new home of the Detroit Tigers. It provides a total of 949 parking spaces, including dedicated, secure parking for players, VIPs and coaches. The garage is connected to the stadium with a pedestrian bridge to club-level seating, and also contains an underground secure tunnel to player locker rooms for players and coaches. An automatic vehicle identification (AVI) access control system and hydraulic bi-fold doors provide secure access to the segregated player parking areas. On the exterior, colored concrete, sand-blasted and acid-etched finishes complement the stadium appearance and the surrounding neighborhood.
