Located in the downtown district of Minneapolis, this is the first
parking facility in the United States built integrally with a large
retail store in a dense urban area. It contains 835 spaces of parking
on three levels underground. A Target store and street-level commercial
space are located on top of the parking structure. The facility
provides one level of parking dedicated to Target, and two levels of
public parking managed by the City of Minneapolis. Enhanced lighting,
bright paint and color-coded signage enhance comfort and safety for
customers.
