This development includes a 2,300-car parking deck, four 100,000-square-foot towers and pedestrian bridges across Michigan Street with direct access to the future DeVos Children's Hospital and to Van Andel Institute.
The project will be delivered in multiple phases over a three-year period. Tower #1 includes lease space for Spectrum Health's lab, oncology offices and professional offices. Tower #2 will be for DeVos Children's Hospital. Towers #3 and 4 will accommodate a proposed 100-room hotel and additional office space.
