This structure offers several unique design
elements, among them an external ADA accessible routing system on one
façade of the garage, a pedestrian skybridge that provides access to
the School of Business on the main campus and a vehicular bridge that
spans an adjacent canal to connect the garage to the main campus. For
these and other reasons, it received the Award of Excellence in Parking
Design from the International Parking Institute (IPI), and was also the
winner of the First Place Award for a Public Facility presented by the
Montana Contractors Association.
This five-level garage provides 485 spaces of parking, and also includes ground-level office space for the Police and Parking Division offices.
