Denver University Law Building

Denver, Colorado

The University of Denver, founded in 1864, is the oldest independent university in the Rocky Mountain Region. As part of a plan to unite all university programs on a central campus, the University is investing more than $350 million in new and refurbished buildings. The new Law Building and its adjoining garage are high-profile structures that meet the rigorous campus design standards, which generally incorporate copper, brick and shot-sawn limestone.

The three-bay structure provides 667 new parking spaces for faculty, staff and students in a central campus location. To maximize parking efficiency, angled stalls were carefully integrated with 90-degree spaces to accommodate two-way traffic.
