Lansing, Michigan

Michigan State University's new parking structure, located on the East Lansing campus, features a continuous mansard roof to blend in with the historic campus while shielding cars from view at the roof level. Both above-grade and underground parking levels are utilized to minimize overall height and building massing. Exterior facades incorporate field-laid brick with stone trim and accents that match the historic neighboring buildings. The garage provides 730 additional parking spaces on the campus.
Site improvements include an improved pedestrian connection from Grand River Avenue to the heart of the north campus and continuation of the extensive network of pedestrian walks and paths.
