Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
This pre-topped, precast concrete parking facility was designed to work with the existing campus architecture. The open structure columns are set out from the face of the building to match the adjacent gymnasium and the corner cutouts allowed for sculptural affect of open exit stairs. The main elevator and stair tower and covered walkway connect to an existing covered walkway. The parking facility was located to allow for the adjacent open field to remain intact.
