As part of a downtown revitalization, two adjacent
aging steel-framed parking garages were replaced with this new
seven-level parking facility and new residential/retail buildings
within the same city block. Architectural façade elements incorporate
two-tone brick veneer with aluminum accent screening to provide an
appealing perspective. Streetscape improvements complement the
architecture and invite pedestrian traffic along the adjacent
thoroughfares.
The 905-space parking facility includes four glass-backed elevator towers and two glass-backed stair towers, all of which provide multiple-level access to the adjacent developer parcels. A covered pedestrian walkway at grade connects to an adjacent office building. The garage was designed to accommodate a future two- and one-half level vertical expansion.
