The Plume Lane Parking Garage in downtown Norfolk provides parking for 240 visitors and 500 employees of Norfolk Southern. A two-level retail/office component is provided along the Main Street frontage of the structure, and a pedestrian bridge spans over Main Street to Norfolk Southern's Corporate HeadÂquarters Building. User amenities include nested parking for Norfolk Southern users, with security controls in the elevator tower directly accessing the pedestrian bridge.
