Kansas City, Missouri
This ten-story, 1,305-space parking structure, which won the local AIA Award, was designed and built for area businesses, government employees and visitors to downtown Kansas City. The mixed-use structure features multiple entry and exit points, 17,000-square-feet of street-level retail space and a unique perforated metal façade to complement nearby governmental buildings. It features a parking access count and control system that monitors permit and visitor parking. The parking structure is designed for future horizontal expansion.
