The South Parking Structure at Lutheran Hospital is the second of two new parking structures to be added to the Lutheran Hospital campus in a little over one year. Fast-track construction is helping the hospital meet its visitors' needs by quickly adding parking to an increasingly busy medical campus. The opening of this garage will coincide with the opening of a new cancer treatment facility and a new medical office building.
The South Parking Structure is a 588-space facility that provides patient and visitor parking. This garage is being built in conjunction with an expansion of the hospital structure. The garage will connect to the expansion via an elevated walkway. The brick exterior of the garage will mimic that of the North Parking Structure, while complimenting the existing hospital design.
