This multi-use parking facility is located between West Trade Street and West Fifth Street , and contains 2,735 parking spaces on eight levels. The structure provides segregated parking for tenants, residents and visitors to the Gateway Village Complex. The Gateway Village mixed-use development includes, as part of its first phase, 900,000 square feet of office space, 900 residential units and streetside retail space.
The parking facility footprint steps back one full bay closest to an adjacent railroad track for a future intermodal rail station. The façade is wrapped on two sides with apartments and townhomes.
