To minimize impacts to Airport operations, this six-level parking structure was designed and constructed on a fast-track, multiple bid-package basis. It provides 2,800 long-term public parking spaces and two floors of consolidated rental car parking (1,230 spaces) for a total of 4,030 spaces. The rental car service counters and quick turn-around (QTA) facility are located beneath the public parking exit plaza. Pedestrian amenities include a spacious interior lightwell enclosed with a barrel skylight, moving walkways, escalators, and a tunnel beneath the main access roadway to allow pedestrians to walk to the terminal without crossing the roadway.
