
Carl Walker, Inc. has been retained by The Staubach Company to evaluate the revenue potential of the Convention Center Garage located in the heart of Downtown Miami, FL. The 1,352-space parking structure, which is operated by the City of Miami, primarily serves the Bank of America Tower, the adjoining Hyatt Regency Miami Hotel, and the Miami Convention Center.
The parking evaluation is divided into two phases. The first phase is an examination of the basic operation of the facility to determine if operational changes will have an impact on revenue potential. The second phase involves a general market review of parking availability and rates in the immediate area to determine the current market position of the Convention Center Garage in relation to competing parking facilities.
