The Binghamton Governmental Parking Garage is a two-level underground structure serving three office buildings above. Multiple structural systems were used in the original construction, and little maintenance was performed over the years.
Restoration Description
- A comprehensive review and documentation of all functional, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical (including energy efficiency) and plumbing systems serving the garage.
- Multiple, extensive reports summarizing our findings were presented to the owner and user groups.
