This multi-level garage is a cast-in-place, post tensioned structure with approximately 1,100 spaces. Our scope of work on this project was performed in two phases: First, conduct a condition appraisal addressing the necessary concrete repairs, waterproofing, drainage and expansion joint issues; and second, prepare design and construction documents outlining the repairs needed for both short and long term needs. Finally, we provided construction administration services as the repair work was done.
