The plaza at Two Easton Oval is located on top of the below-grade parking garage. There has been leakage into the garage through the structural system supporting the plaza for many years. There are also signs of steel corrosion on the principal support beams as well as cracking of the reinforced concrete supporting columns.
Our work on this project included the investigation and determination of the root cause of the water infiltration, followed by repair recommendations and preliminary cost estimates.
