This building was originally constructed in 1929. Carl Walker, Inc. performed preliminary field investigations to determine the type and condition of the existing waterproofing system. We also provided design development documents to the owner for planning as well as detailed construction documents for bidding and construction and construction administration services.
Restoration Description
- Complete removal of the existing plaza surface, including existing planters, insulation and waterproofing membrane.
- New features including new Hydrotech waterproofing membrane, drainage, insulation and isolation layers, finish plaza slab and new planters.
